This work is on the Impact of Industrial Relations on Organizational Growth and Development. (Case study Akwa Ibom International Airport, Uyo). Table 4.2.4 shows that there is industrial action adopted in their organization made. The work concluded that effective use of industrial relation so to say is like a pilots compass that gives direction, confidence and clear picture of the future that can capture which properly expedited it will no doubt lead to the growth and development of the organization and recommended that managers should be trained on industrial relation issue and how to relate with employees in order to maintain mutual agreement and maximum relationship and cooperation in the organization. The organization and management should consider industrial relation appropriately in decision and policy making.
