The study’s population was 65 and the sample of 30 was selected using a simple random sampling technique. The study adopted survey method of investigation and the data was collected through the questionnaires. The study revealed that ineffective communication is majorly caused by improper communication, and communication in an organization is averagely perceived to be ineffective. The study also revealed that ineffective communication enhances poor organizational performance and recommended verbal communication as the most effective form of communication in the organization.
