A computer is a processor of information. The board of governors in the statistical presentation in Nigeria (census) finds it hard to get the accurate population of the country due to the inability of getting relevant information about the population a particular area. It was against this background that the governments comes to inevitable conclusion that the answer lies on computerization. It is therefore the challenge of this research work to look into the factors hindering the statistical presentation of data and how computer system.
